The short version: the only information this site collects is what you type into the quote form, and it goes to us so we can get back to you.
Who we are
The North East Garden Painting Co is a painting business covering Teesside, County Durham and Tyne & Wear. You can reach us at negardenpainting@yahoo.com on 07732 216175 (primary) or 07895 415713 (secondary).
What we collect and why
- When you send a quote request, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, postcode, email if you give it, the service you are interested in, your description and any photos you attach.
- We use these details only to reply to you, arrange a visit if needed and provide a quote. The legal basis is that you have asked us to.
- If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
How it is sent and stored
- Quote requests, including any photos, are delivered to our email inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service. FormSubmit does not keep a copy after delivery.
- We keep your enquiry in our email and diary for as long as needed to deal with the job, and then for our normal business records.
- We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will sort it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
