Yes, at least 30% of the job to book it in. Occasionally a little more if that does not cover the materials. The balance is due when the job is finished.
If we agree the job at your home or over the phone, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you would like us to start inside those 14 days, we will ask you to confirm that in writing first. Every booking comes with a written quote that sets this out.
